摘    要:对BD/C-183A、BD/C-165两种型号的冷柜进行了充注量的实验研究,总结了不同充注量和不同环境温度对冷柜冷冻速度,吸气温度和压缩机机壳温度的影响规律,理论上进行了合理的解释,同时提出了合理的风机布置方案,对于了解冷柜在偏离设计工况条件下运行时的性能,解决在恶劣环境下压缩机温度过高问题,有一定的指导意义。最后,简述了毛细管长度和充注量的匹配关系。

Abstract:The experimental investigation of refrigerant charge is done on two freezers (BD/C-183A and BD/C-165) in the paper. The variation trends of freezing rate, suction temperature and the temperature of compressor shellwith different charge and ambient temperature are summarized, and the theoretical explanations are presented. Howreducing the overhigh temperature of compressor shell in bad condition, the optimum disposal of fans is presented,which are useful for understanding the performance of freezer system under practical conditions. In the end, the rela-tions of match between charge and capillary are briefly presented.
