| 摘 要： | 通过实验方法研究拉伸工艺条件和纤维拉伸张力及不匀率的关系。结果表明，拉伸比、拉伸速度和拉伸温度对纤维张力、张力波动和不匀率均存在着明显的影响。随着拉伸比、拉伸速度的提高和拉伸温度的降低，拉伸张力增大。增大拉伸比、拉伸速度和拉伸温度能有效地减小张力波动和不匀率。

| Abstract: | he relationships among the drawing processing conditions, the drawing tension and the irregularities of the fiber have been investigated by means of experimental methods.The test results showed that the influence of drawing ratio,speed and temperature on the tension,tension fluctuation and irregularity of the fiber were obvious. The drawing tension increases with the increase of drawing ratio and speed, and with the decrease of drawing temperature. The tension fluctuation and irregularity of fiber decreases with the increase of drawing ratio, speed and temperature. |
