摘    要:采用微波消解处理样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了六种常见调味品中Fe,Cu,Ca,Mn,Zn,Mg六种元素的含量。优化了微波处理样品和测定的条件,在最佳测定条件下,结果表明,几种调味料中富含人体必需的微量元素,不同的调味品中各元素含量不同。此方法的加标回收率在83.3%~110.3%,标准偏差<9.9%,线性良好,结果令人满意,为人们合理选择从饮食中补充微量元素提供较为有价值的参考。该法简单、快速、安全、重现性好、准确度高,为食品中微量元素的测定提供了一种简单可行的方法。

Abstract:Trace element of Mg,Ca,Fe,Zn,Mn and Cu in Condiment were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The samples were treated by microwave assisted digestion.Microwave processing of samples and determination of optimal conditions was investigated and optimized,in the optimum conditions,In the result,we found there is a differing content of micro-element in different condiments.Linear relationships between values of absorbances and mass concentrations of the 6 metal elements were obtained in a definite range.The recovery of standard addition method were in the range of 94.2%~109.3%,the RSD less than 9.9 %,and good linearity,the result is satisfactory.The trace elements in spices are abundant in content and extremely significant to life.The trace element in an condiment researches are of great value.The method has good reproducibility and accuracy,fast and safety,for the determination of trace elements in food provides a simple method.
