| 摘 要： | 研制了一种以高增益弱激发电路和振弦式传感器精确数学模型为基础,以单片机为核心,配存储器及拨码器构成的多功能智能检测仪。实现了在存储器中写入传感器常数及修正系数,测初频调零后,可准确显示所测物理量(力、压力、温度等)的值;一台检测仪可与多只传感器配套使用;通过拨码器可选择多种功能,如保留最大值、超限报警、大小量程自动转换等,适用于多种场合;设有RS-232接口,开发了专用软件,可用于实验室内微机自动监测。实际应用表明:这是一种性能优良、适用于振弦式传感器的多功能智能检测仪。

| Abstract: | A multiple-functional intelligent detector with single chip processor,storage and switch-configuration is presented. Stimulated by the high-gain, small-signal circuit, and based on the accurate mathematical model of the vibrating wire sensor, the detector is characterized by some additional functions as following :sensor coefficients can be stored in EEPROM, various results can be displayed precisely when frequency is adjusted to zero; multi-channel (16 sensors input vs 1 detector); multi-function (such as maximum value display, over-limits alarm, auto-range, etc.) derived from switch-configuration; RS-232 serial interface and communication program which are adaptive for automatic monitoring by PCs. The excellent performance of the new intelligent detector for the vibrating wire sensor is confirmed with the practical operation in related field. |
