弹药几何因素对过载特性影响的数值分析

摘    要:采用LS-DYNA有限元软件模拟了载有试件的尖形弹丸正侵彻混凝土靶板的过程。讨论了具有不同几何特点的尖头弹体的过载数学模型。研究了短头锥形和长头卵形弹体侵彻混凝土靶板的冲击过载特性及装药位置对小型装药过载的影响。仿真结果显示:短头锥形弹过载量大于卵形弹,且脉宽较大;位于接近前、后端的装药过载大于位于中间的装药过载。仿真结果与试验相符,为侵彻用弹体的结构设计和小型装药的过载安定性和可靠性评估提供参考。

Numerical Study on Deceleration Character of Projectile and Charge with Different Geometrical Properties
Abstract:The normal penetration of sharp head projectile carrying a sample into concrete target was simulated using numerical simulation tools of LS-DYNA.A penetration model of sharp head projectile with different geometrical properties was presented.The simulation results indicate that the deceleration crest value and impulse width of projectile with a short taper head are bigger than that with an oval head one.The charge overload near nose is more than that positioned in middle.The simulation result accords with experiment and reference is provided for safety,reliability evaluation and design of hard target penetration small mass charge and projectile.
