摘    要:针对无线电子鼻系统应用多个气体传感器组成传感器阵列功耗过大的问题,本文研究了基于温度调制技术的单传感器动态检测方法,并设计了相应的无线电子鼻系统,实现了单一传感器对混合气体的定量分析.根据半导体气体传感器在不同工作温度下具有不同响应灵敏度的特点,用高压5 V、低压1.5 V、周期为150 s的矩形脉冲加热电压控制传感器工作在高温和低温两种状态,通过选取一个加热周期内传感器动态响应在4个时刻的采样点,构成4个虚拟传感器响应.利用支持向量机回归算法建立混合气体分析模型,提高小样本情况下的泛化性能.对氢气和甲烷两种气体混合样本进行实验,结果表明该系统可有效地分析混合气体成分,具有较高的精度,较低的功耗,并可通过无线传感器网络对目标气体进行实时监控.
