试采井下开关井及压力监测工艺新技术

摘    要:针对油田"低渗、低孔、低产"油藏试采井存在的试采周期长、成本高的实际情况,研究了试采井下开关井工艺技术,并与电缆直读技术相结合,实现了用一趟管柱进行抽油试采及井下开关井,并对压力资料进行实时录取和监测。通过在实际井的应用证明,可减少试采井的压力恢复时间40 d以上,有效地缩短试采周期,降低工人劳动强度,节约生产成本。

Abstract:To actual situation of long testing cycle and high cost for low permeability,low porosity,low-yield reservoir of test and recovery well,New Technology of Switch down hole and Pressure Monitoring at oil recovery and test time has been studied,and combined with wireline read out tech,swabbing,testing,recovering and switch down hole with one string is realized and acquiring and monitoring data at real time is conducted.By field applications,it shows that this new tech can reduce time of pressure recovery more ...
