摘    要:通过对智利矿难成功救援的分析,了解我国矿山安全管理存在的不足,明确现场作业人员、企业、政府三方在矿山安全管理建设方面的工作职责。特别是企业安全投入及政府安全监管过程中,应强制要求对避难硐室的使用,以提高矿山事故发生现场作业人员的生存率,最终改善我国地下金属矿山的安全管理水平与应急救援能力。

Abstract:Through the analysis of successful rescue of the mining accident in CHILE, some shortages of safety management in China are found out, and the tasks of the workers on the site, of companies and of the government are ensured. During the process of safety management input and government monitoring, the refuge chamber should be used through mandatory demanded, in order to improve the survival rate of the workers on the site, and promote our ability of the mine safety management and emergency rescue in China.
