PARSTER纤维阳离子染料染中浅色的匀染性

摘    要:PARSTER纤维系新型改性聚酯产品,合成时,在其酯交换或直接酯化前加入第三单体和第四单体制备而成.通过分析阳离子染料染中浅色时易产生色花的原因,指出可选用分散型阳离子染料,染色时应严格控制升温速率,合理使用缓染剂加以解决.

Abstract:PARSTER is a new modified polyester fiber,which is synthesized by adding the third monomer and the fourth monomer before transesterification or in esterification reaction of PET.Dyeing defects of PARSTER in light and medium shades using cationic dyes are analyzed,which can be eliminated by careful selection of dispersive cationic dyes and appropriate retardants,as well as strictly controlling the heat-up rate.
