磷-氮协效阻燃水性聚氨酯的应用性能

摘    要:以N,N-双(2-羟甲基)氨乙基膦酸二甲酯与甲苯二异氰酸酯反应,合成了本质阻燃的磷-氮协效阻燃水性聚氨酯(PU);将其应用于涤丝纺织物,考察了织物阻燃性、静水压、色变和撕破强力等性能的变化;并用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对PU整理的涤丝纺织物燃烧后的炭层进行分析.试验结果表明,与未整理织物相比,用阻燃剂含量为15%的PU整理,涤丝纺织物的LOI值提高了5.1%,垂直燃烧性能达到GB/T 5455-1997 B1级;涤丝纺织物燃烧后表面形成致密、光滑、无孔洞的炭层,炭层中磷含量超过阻燃织物中原始含量,磷富集于炭层表面,覆盖在织物表面,具有良好的阻燃能力;织物耐静水压随着阻燃剂含量的增加而急剧增大;经PU整理的织物色变小,总色差值均小于1.8,织物呈原色.

Abstract:A flame retardant waterborne polyurethane is prepared using N,N-bis(2-hydroxymethyl) aminoethyl phosphonic aciddimethyl ester and toluene diisocynate, and it is applied to fire proofing of polyester fabric. The properties of flame retardancy,hydrostatic pressure, color change and tear strength are investigated.
