| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个多媒体信息转发及存储系统的设计思想，根据多媒体信息传输的特点，提出了一种基于模糊论思想的流控制策略。该策略能够有效减少信道负载，改善发布质量。最后给出了该系统的实现方法。

| Abstract: | The designing idea of multimedia information transfer and storage system is introduced in this paper. According to the characteristics of the multimedia information transmission, a flow control strategy based on fuzzy theory is brought forward. The method can effectively decrease the workload of the channel and improve the publish quality. In the end of the paper, the method of the implementation for the system is presented. |
