摘    要:阐述了三峡水库以上流域的水土流失状况和影响入库沙量的主要因素。以长江干流及支流主要控制站的径流泥沙资料为基础,分析了自1989年实施“长治”工程以来入库水沙特性的变化,并对“长治”工程的效益进行了初步评价,得到寸滩、宜昌站径流泥沙来量减少、主要测站来沙量分配发生变化,主要是嘉陵江来水及来沙量减少的基本认识。同时探讨了减少三峡水库入库沙量的对策措施。

Abstract:The status quo of soil and water losses in the Yangtze river basin upstream of the Three Gorges reservoir and the main factors affecting the incoming sediment of the reservoir are expounded. Based on the runoff and sediment data obtained from main control stations on the Yangtze river's main stream and its tributaries, changes in characteristics of the incoming flow and sediment of the reservoir since implementing the key soil erosion control project of the upstream Yangtze river basin from 1989 is analyzed and a preliminary assessment of benefits of the key soil erosion control project is conducted. Research results show that the incoming runoff and sediment at Cuntan and Yichang stations is reducing, and that the incoming sediment distribution at main stations is changing, mainly due to the decrease in flow and sediment from Jialing river. Countermeasures for reducing the incoming sediment of the Three Gorges reservoir are also discussed in this paper.
