精密机械零件去毛刺与抛光加工的新工艺应用

在精密机械零件制造与加工过程中，有效地提高与控制精密机械零件的精加工质量是一个非常关键的技术问题。高精加工过程中的去毛刺、抛光问题又一直是精密机械零件生产全自动化中难以克服的障碍。本文主要论述几种去毛刺与抛光加工的新工艺在精密机械零件加工与制造过程中应用。

The Application of New Technology on De-burring and Polishing Machining for Precise Mechanical Parts

In the process of precise mechanical machining, how to improve and control the machining quality of precise mechanical parts effectively is a very important problem. The technology of de-burring and polishing in precise machining process also is a matter hard to overcome in automatic production of precise mechanical parts. In this article, some problems in the application of several new technologies on de burring and polishing machining in precise mechanical parts manufacture are summarized.
