摘    要:通过测试某厂生产的SnO2系烧结型旁热式气敏元件在不同加热条件下空气中的阻值,分析了大量数据,总结出正常条件下元件阻值Ra随加热电流IH(电压VH)变化规律,给出经验公式,以利于获得最佳工艺条件。

Abstract:By measurment of the electrical resistance sintering and lateral heating SnO 2-based gas sensors at different heating conditions,based on the analysis of experiment data,the regular pattern of the resistance R a which varied along with the change of heatinnng electric current I H(voltage V H)in clean air,and the experimental equation are given.
