脐带缆绝缘厚度选择的有限元方法

摘    要:为探索结构复杂的脐带缆中电场分布与绝缘厚度是否合理,在传统解析计算的基础上利用有限元法对脐带缆进行分析,建立脐带缆端面的二维模型,选择仿真软件ANSYS对其电场进行分析,并对比不同绝缘材料、不同绝缘层厚度以及不同脐带缆端面结构对电场分布带来的影响,得到了绝缘厚度的计算方法.实践验证,该算法能够确定复杂截面结构的电力电缆绝缘厚度.

Abstract:In order to discuss wether or not the electric field and insulation thickness are reasonable in umbilical cables with complicated structure, this paper analyzes, on the basis of traditional analytic calculation, umbilical cables by infinite element method, establishes the 2d model of umbilical cable end, the electric field of which is analyzed by simulation software ANSYS, and works out the calculation method for insulation thickness selection by comparing the influences of different insulation material, thickness and end structure on electric field distribution. The practice proves that this algorithm successes in determining insulation thickness of power cable with complicated structure.
