摘    要:五花山水库是一座以城镇供水为主,兼顾发电、森林防火及改善生态环境的中型水库工程。工程于2010年开工,针对初设推荐的施工导流方案施工复杂而且工程量大,总工期长问题,在参建各方共同商讨下,进行了优化。将明渠布置到左岸,一期施工右岸,二期填筑明渠缺15。明渠段坝体基础帷幕灌浆和混凝土防渗墙可以在第一年明渠施工期间完成,节省时间,减少导流工程量和投资。五花山水库工程按以上综合优化后的方案进行施工布置,施工总工期由36个月缩短至28个月,为工程节省了投资,缩短了工期。

Abstract:Wuhuashan reservoir is a medium-sized reservoir mainly for water supply, giving consideration to generation ,forest fire prevention and the improvement of the ecological environment. The construction was launched in 2010, according to preliminary design recommended construction diversion scheme is complex and large quantities, the long construction period problem, diversion scheme was optimized under the discussion of participation of all parties. The open channel was disposed to the left bank, the first period of construction was conducted on the right bank, the second period channel gap filling. Open channel section of dam foundation curtain grouting and concrete anti-seepage wall can be completed during the first year of channel construction, saving a lot of time, the diversion engineering quantity and investment were reduced. Finally, by adopting above scheme the total construction period was shortened from 36 months to 28 months, saving cost and shortening the construction period.
