摘    要:以厚壁辊筒类零件的过盈热装配工艺,分析传统工艺及装备的缺点和不足,在方案比较的基础上提出以多点加 热、流水线作业为特点的加热炉结构设计,解决厚壁辊筒类零件过盈热装配难题。

Abstract:It discusses the interference hot assembly technics of thick wall roller parts and analyzes the defects and disadvantages of lagged conventional technics and equipment and works out relevant technics plan and technical equipment structure design to solve the technical difficult problem to the interference hot assembly of thick wall roller parts by the features of multipoint heating and pipelining on the basis of comparing the plans in the article.
