Risk Analysis and Prevention of Construction Contract

During the implement of project,the contractor faces with many risks,such as the project,the contractor itself,the employer,the change of external environment,the force majeure,the contract clauses and the types of contract and so on.They will make great effects on the contractor's economic benefit.This paper proposed measures from normalizing the words of contract,taking effective bidding plan,negotiating,purchasing insurance,taking advantage of insurance and claim management,so as to protect the legitimate interest of contractor,and improve the healthy and stable development of construction market in China.
