| 摘 要： | 以平遥地区的传统聚落和民居为讨论话题，简单分析了该地区传统聚落和民居的特点，并针对当前因急功近利思想导致的对聚落和民居的破坏现象，引入了生态旅游开发的可持续发展模式，并分析了采用这种模式应注意的一些问题。

| Abstract: | This thesis takes the tradition settlements and private residences as discuss object in Pingyao district and analyzes briefly the characteristics of the tradition settlements and private residences.Simultaneously, aim to the destroying phenomenon aroused by the thought of eager success and instant benefit nowadays,the paper cites the sustainable development model of eco-tourism,and analyzes some problem need to be token care when use the model of eco-tourism. |
