摘 要: | 利用自行设计安装的静电分离装置及适宜的模拟体系,对影响静电分离效率的停留时间、粘度、电压、微颗粒粒径、填充介质的材料性质、填充介质的尺寸、填料床层高度等因素进行了研究,并在试验的基础上提出了静电分离器的“小胞串级”模型。

Abstract: | lectrostatic filter is a recently developed technology to effect solid liquid system separationIt can be used for removing pariticles from a liquid where the solid components are very finely divided and in relatively low concentration,and the liquid phase has high electric resistivityThis electrostatic filter is a good apparatus for removing catalyst particles from the FCC slurry oilWith the electrostatic unit installed in laboratory and the selected imitation system,several aspects which may influence the separation effect are studiedBased on experiment data,a“cascade cell model”for calculation of the electrostatic filters efficiency has been put forward |
