摘    要:利用自行设计安装的静电分离装置及适宜的模拟体系,对影响静电分离效率的停留时间、粘度、电压、微颗粒粒径、填充介质的材料性质、填充介质的尺寸、填料床层高度等因素进行了研究,并在试验的基础上提出了静电分离器的“小胞串级”模型。

Study on Electrostatic Separation of Solid Liquid Systems ⅠCold Model Experiment
Abstract:lectrostatic filter is a recently developed technology to effect solid liquid system separationIt can be used for removing pariticles from a liquid where the solid components are very finely divided and in relatively low concentration,and the liquid phase has high electric resistivityThis electrostatic filter is a good apparatus for removing catalyst particles from the FCC slurry oilWith the electrostatic unit installed in laboratory and the selected imitation system,several aspects which may influence the separation effect are studiedBased on experiment data,a“cascade cell model”for calculation of the electrostatic filters efficiency has been put forward
