摘    要:拖拉机在农田作业时行驶速度慢,作业环境差,经常大负荷甚至超负荷工作,容易造成散热不足。本文利用UG建立包括风扇、水箱、空调散热器、机油散热器、空气中间冷却器和拖拉机罩的模型,利用CFD计算流体方法对风扇转速为200r/min、800r/min、1400r/min的空气流动特性分析,结果表明风扇转速为800—1000r/min时,对拖拉机散热比较有利。

Abstract:The velocity of tractor was slow when it was working on farmland.The radiation insufficiency was easily happened because it was often overloaded with work load and even.The model of the fan,the water tank,the air-conditioning radiator,the oil radiator,air middle cooler and the tractor cover were established by using the UG.The air current dynamic characteristic was analyzable at the fan speed of 200 r/min,800 r/min and 1400 r/min by using the CFD computation fluid method.The results show that radiation of t...
