| 摘 要： | <正>一、橡胶安全套产品现状及其重要性作为避孕、预防性病和艾滋病传播的有效工具,安全套在我国已经有近50年的生产历史。2008年,我国安全套产量约60亿只,其中出口约20亿只,国家计生委免费发放的安全套约17亿只,同时进口约5亿只,国内一年消费量合计约为45亿只。目前,橡胶安全套产品在避孕和防止性疾病传播方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,因而受到世界各

| Abstract: | In the inspection of natural rubber latex condoms product quality, it's necessary to confirm different sampling programs because of different purpose and sample quantity. This article discusses with the sampling standard and project while first-party testing and third-party testing. The result indicates this method can be not only supervision of product quality, but also reasonable to avoid the production side risk. |
