A/O工艺处理印染废水的探讨

摘    要:分析了最终沉淀池污泥全部回流到厌氧的A/O工艺各单元的水质、污泥特性、污泥脱氢酶活性、生物相等.结果发现,厌氧单元和好氧单元的污泥浓度分别是7~11g.L-1和6~8 g.L-1;厌氧单元的污泥脱氢酶活性较高,抗冲击负荷能力强;系统中污泥菌胶团结构紧实,沉降性能良好,微生物以假单胞菌和产碱杆菌为主.经厌氧处理后,CODcr去除率达到50%~70%,pH降到8左右,系统的CODcr总去除率高达87.5%~98%,出水SS低,pH=7~8.

Abstract:Each system′s water quality,sludge characteristics,dehydrogenase activity,microorganism of an anaerobic A/O system which is mixed by all refluxed sludge from final sedimentation were analyzed.The results show that the sludge concentration of hydrolytic acidification tank and aeration tank are 7 ~ 11g L-1 and 6 ~ 8g L-1;the hydrolytic tank's dehydrogenase activity is higher and the anti-impulsive load is stronger;the structure of zoogloea in this system is tightly and the sedimentation capability of the sludge is good,the main microorganisms are Pseudomonas and Alcaligens.After treatment by anaerobic,the removal rate of CODcr is 50%~70%,pH is declined to 8;the total removal rate of COD cr is 87.5%~98%,the SS of discharged water approximately equals to zero,pH=7~8.
