层次分析法在本科教学评估中的应用研究

为提高本科教学评估的可靠性，有效发挥指标评价的导向作用，推进管理创新和教学水平提升，对本科教学评估情况进行研究，建立指标体系与层次结构模型．用层次分析法分析计算，得到指标权重和评估本科教学的主要指标．研究表明，学生的基本理论与技能、师资队伍的结构和数量、学生就业情况对评价结果产生较大影响，应作为提高和建设的重点．

Application of AHP in the undergraduate education evaluation
