层次分析法在本科教学评估中的应用研究

摘    要:为提高本科教学评估的可靠性,有效发挥指标评价的导向作用,推进管理创新和教学水平提升,对本科教学评估情况进行研究,建立指标体系与层次结构模型.用层次分析法分析计算,得到指标权重和评估本科教学的主要指标.研究表明,学生的基本理论与技能、师资队伍的结构和数量、学生就业情况对评价结果产生较大影响,应作为提高和建设的重点.

Abstract:To improve the reliability of the undergraduate teaching evaluation, play the guiding role of the evaluation effectively, promote the management innovation and raise the teaching level, an evaluation index system and a hierarchical structure model are established through a study on the situation of the undergraduate teaching evaluation. The weight value of the index and the key indicators of the evaluation are obtained through analyzing and calculating by using AHP. The study show that the basic theories and skills of the undergraduates, the structure and number of the faculty, the employment of the college graduates have a significant impact on the results of the evaluation, which should be the focus for raising and construction. In addition, the popularization and application of the method is also involved.
