| 摘 要： | 以硫酸铜为媒染剂,研究天然茶染料对棉织物的浸染工艺.实验确定优化染色工艺为：硫酸铜媒染剂用量12g/L,染色温度80℃,染色时间100min.采用浸染染色工艺染棉织物,可以得到较好的染色效果,染色棉织物的干摩擦牢度可达到4.5级或以上,湿摩擦牢度可达到3.0级,皂洗牢可达3.0~4.0级.

| Abstract: | Exhaust dyeing of cotton fabric with natural tea dyes was studied with copper sulphate（CuSO4） as a mordant.Optimum dyeing process was determined as follows： CuSO412g/L,deying temperature at 80 ℃ for 100 minutes.The results show that the good effect is achieved after exhaust dyeing process.In addition,cotton dyeing has good rubbing fastness with grade 4.5 or higher in dry state,grade 3.0 in wet state and soaping fastness with grade 3.0～4.0. |
