摘    要:在研究蓄电池组单体电池电压信号接入A/D转换器需要解决抗高共模电压问题的基础上,提出了一种差分运放与隔离运放相结合的高性能价格比解决方案.基于Philips LPC2138ARM7片上微控制器系统设计了一款蓄电池组在线监测装置,实现了对96只2V/200Ah蓄电池组的在线检测,也可以满足32只12V/300Ah蓄电池组的检测要求.现场运行结果表明,装置抗共模电压能力、采样精度、稳定可靠性符合相关标准的要求.

Abstract:The problem of preventing high common-mode input voltage when connecting battery cells monomer voltage signals to A/D converter is studied.A high cost performance ratio solution was put forward which combined differential operational amplifier with isolated operational amplifier.A battery online monitor unit was designed based on Philips LPC2138 ARM7 SoC that fulfilled measurement of 96 2V/200Ah cells,and met detection of 32 12V/300Ah cells.The results of site acceptance test indicate that ability for preventing high common-mode voltage,sampling precision,stability,and reliability of the unit accord with correlative standards.
