摘    要:采用酸解-微波破乳工艺提取洗毛废水中粗羊毛脂.考察了硫酸加入量、微波功率、微波时间、水浴保温时间、升温速率等因素对水样COD去除率及羊毛脂提取量的影响.结果表明,微波协同酸解法使硫酸投加量和反应时间由单纯酸解的0.8mL、120min降至0.4mL、30min.100mL水样中,当硫酸加入量为0.4mL,微波功率为170W,升温速率为8.5℃/min,60℃水浴下静沉30min,水样COD去除率达到了77.1%,离心后提取的粗羊毛脂量最大.

Abstract:The research of extracting crude lanolin with acidolysis-microwave investigated the amount of sulfuric acid,microwave power,microwave time,water warming time,heating rate and other factors′ influence on the COD removal rate and the lanolin generation amount.The result shows that,the acidolysis-microwave makes sulfuric acid dosage by a single acid hydrolysis from 0.8mL reduced to 0.4mL,and reacting time from 120min to 30min.Under the conditions of sulphuric acid 0.4mL,microwave power 170W,heating rate 8.5℃/min,keeping still in 60℃ water with 30min,the COD removal rate of 100mL waste water is up to 77.1%,the recycling quantity of crude lanolin after centrifugation is the largest.
