基于Monte Carlo方法的单态氧产生速率的模拟

摘    要:单态氧是光动力反应中对生物效应负责的主要细胞霉素.通过Monte Carlo方法仿真模拟单态氧产生速率,分析光动力反应中影响单态氧产生速率的因素.仿真结果表明,随着光功率密度和氧浓度的增加,单态氧产生速率也迅速增加,而且在同一光功率密度或氧浓度下,单态氧产生速率随着组织深度的增加呈现出先增加后减小的趋势.为提高光动力疗法的疗效提供临床上的帮助.

Abstract:Singlet oxygen is the important cytotoxic.The rate of singlet oxygen was simulated by Monte Carlo model,and the factor which has influenced the rate of singlet oxygen was analyzed.It is shown that with the increas of the light power density and oxygen concentration,the singlet oxygen production rate increased.Under the same light power density and oxygen concentration,the singlet oxygen production rate increased first,then deereased,when the depth of structure increased.
