| 摘 要： | 针对普通高等院校毕业生就业工作，探索和枸建符合西安工程大学毕业生实际的就业指导、信息搜集指导、就业补助、社会适应能力、心理辅导及政策指导等层面的就业帮扶．指出就业帮扶模式在高校中的应用不仅能够帮助毕业生顺利实现就业，提升毕业生就业质量和综合素质。而且能够提升高校就业服务工作的实效，实现毕业生身心健康和综合素质的全面发展．

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of unemployment for university graduates, a new pattern of employment assistance that can help the graduates to get employed effectively was researched and constructed, it includes contains employment advising, information gathering, financial assistance, psychological counseling, employment policy guidance. It points out that the new employment assistance of Xi＇an Polytechnic University can help enterprises to improve their efficiency, improve the quality of employment, enhance the effectiveness of employment services, realize physical and mental health of the students, strengthen the comprehensive quality of the graduates. |
