| 摘 要： | 心理危机是近年来影响大学生心理健康的主要“心理杀手”，也是困扰高校心理健康教育工作者的一个棘手难题．纵使一起心理危机事件发生后的八步干预案例研究，在朋辈互助心理辅导理论指导下，构建了一种集认知、情感和行为为一体的三维危机干预模式，尝试建立了自下而上的五级预警机制．

| Abstract: | Psychologyieal crisis is become the important ＂psychslogy killer＂ of the students is also a throty problem for educators. Based on the crisis case study and peer counseling theory, the model of crisis intervention combined cognitive, emotional and behavioral is built. The five level warning mechanism from down to up is also established. |
