| 摘 要： | 研究服装生产中的工序优化和工序负荷的平衡设计问题,对针织T恤生产线进行了工序整合,建立了工艺数据库,改进了生产系统.生产实践显示,对流水线的工序优化达到了平衡、快速生产的目标,提高了服装生产的整体效益.

| Abstract: | Process optimization and the load balancing process design in the garment production were discussed.For knitted T-shirt production line,production process was optimized,the technical database was created,and the production system was improved.The production practice shows that optimized production line reaches the goal of rapid and balance production,and the overall revenue of garment production can be improved effectively. |
