基于AHP-Fuzzy-Topsis的部队基层干部考评指标体系

摘    要:根据部队基层干部考评的实际要求,从工作绩效和能力素质两方面出发构建了一个较全面的三层次干部考评指标体系.应用AHP法确定各级指标的权重,并赋予各考评人员不同的权重.通过Fuzzy法对定性指标进行量化处理,并基于Topsis法实现了对考评结果的综合排序.最后结合实例进行说明.

Abstract:According to the practical evaluation requirements of basic-level officers,a more comprehensive three-level evaluation index system from both the aspects of performance and capacity are constructed.The weights of all indexes are determined by AHP,and the different weights of examiners are given.The qualitative indexes are quantified by Fussy method,and the comprehensive evaluation order is achieved by Topsis method.At last,a case is used to illustrate this method.
