摘    要:为了深入了解印染废水的水解酸化-好氧活性污泥处理工艺,需要对水解酸化段污泥中分离得到的菌株,进行菌属鉴定.本文对两种印染废水进水时的水解酸化段污泥进行菌属的鉴定,在蒽醌染料废水进水时,有两株菌株为链球菌属,其余3株分别为奈瑟氏球菌属、杆状菌属、假单胞菌属;在偶氮染料废水进水时,有两株为假单胞菌属,其余4株分别为甲基单胞菌属、葡萄球菌属、副球菌属、诺卡氏菌属.

Abstract:In order to deep understand the treatment processes of hydrolysis acidification and anaerobic-aerobic activated sludge for the dyeing wastewater,it is fundamental to identify the bacteria separated from the sludge in the stage of hydrolysis acidification.The bacteria separated from the sludge in the stage of hydrolysis acidification in two kinds of dyeing wastewater were identified.When the entering water is anthraquinone dye wasterwater,there are two Streptococcus,and the others are Neisseria,Bacillus and Pseudomonas.When the entering water is Azo dyeing wasterwater,there are two Pseudomonas,and the others are Methylomonadaceae,Staphylococcus,Paracoccus and Nocardia.
