基于CAN总线的织机远程监测系统设计

摘    要:为了提高织机工作状态数据的采集速度和可靠性,结合织机的工作特点,采用现场总线技术,建立基于CAN总线织机的远程监测系统,并在FPGA芯片上集成微处理器核、存储器、CAN控制器IP核等.下位机将采集到的状态参数通过CAN总线传输到上位机进行处理,实现对织机的主要参数集中处理、显示、查询等功能.

Abstract:In order to improve the speed and reliability of loom′s data,and combined with together the work features of looms and CAN bus,a plan of the remote and monitoring system of dynamiac condition for looms based on CAN bus is set up.A node was combined with micro-processor,memory,CAN controller and so on in a FPGA chip.The main parameters of looms can be processed by the host computer through CAN bus.The method realizes the function of process,show,and inquire these main parameters.
