摘    要:从任职教育现状入手分析实践性教学的必要性,阐述了实践牵引式教学组训模式的含义和特点,从组织形式、实施途径、过程控制和效果评估等方面研究该组训模式在无人机系统原理课程中的实际运用,并对两个期班应用效果进行了比较分析.结果表明,采用实践牵引式组训模式教学,学员的实践动手能力有了明显提高.

Abstract:In this article,the sense and features of practice traction teaching training mode are expounded by analyzing the necessity of practice teaching in terms of the existing status of post-oriented education,the application of the training mode to the UAVs system principles course is considered with respects to the organization form,implementation approaches,process control and effect evaluation,and the applicable effects of the two stage classes are comparatively analyzed,showing that the students’practical ability is of distinct improvement using the practice traction teaching training mode.
