摘    要:为提高机动式雷达的快速反应能力和生存能力,用工控机对机动式雷达天线的架撤进行自动控制.采用双余度控制方式的工控机既可作为上位机监控PLC的运行状态,给其发送遥控指令,又可在PLC故障时通过数据采集卡和信号处理电路直接控制执行机构动作,控制雷达天线按预定程序完成架撤功能.实验证明,该控制方案可靠、有效,既避免了人为误操作的影响,又能在战时保证操作人员的安全.

Abstract:To boost the rapid response and surviving capabilities,an industrial personal computer(IPC) is used for auto-erecting control of mobile radar antenna in this paper,where the IPC with double redundant control mode can both monitor the operating state of the PLC as the upper computer,sending the remote instructions to it,and control directly the actuator’s operation through the DAQ card and SP circuits during the PLC’s faults,thus controlling the functions of radar antenna’s implementing the erecting according to the preset program.The experiments demonstrate that the proposed control scheme can not only avoid the manual misoperation,but also guarantee the operator’s safety during wartime.
