军校教员的人文素质刍议

从军队专业技术院校教员人文素质的基本要求入手,分析了人文素质在教学实践过程中的外显特征:牢记使命责任、知识底蕴雄厚、挖掘美的东西、艺术性教学和人文反哺教学;在审视军队专业技术院校教学中缺乏多元多维课程教学观、对所授课程的知识表现形式缺乏更深刻理解等不尽人意之处,提出了加强人文素质培养的基本方法:博览群书增加知识库存、博采众长为教学之用、学用结合强化实践教学、注重人文性与知识性的有机结合.
