摘    要:采用两种不同的硫源 ,制备了两种不同粒径分布的药用载体——硫化亚锑纳米胶粒。透射电镜 (TEM)和原子力显微镜 (AFM)表征显示 ,两者的平均粒径分别为 1 0 nm和 40 nm,且均为球形颗粒。同时讨论了硫源和分散剂对纳米胶粒粒径的影响

Abstract:Two pharmaceutical carriers made of antimonous sulfide nanocolloids with different particale size distribution were prepared by using two different sources of sulfide. Particle size and morphology of samples were detected using transmission electron microscope (TEM) and atomic force microscope (AFM). The average diameters of the prepared two spheric nanocolloids were 10 nm and 40 nm, respectively. At the same time, factors, such as source of sulfide and uature of dispersant, affecting the size of antimonous sulfide nanocolloids were discussed.
