稀土处理钢保护渣的研究与应用

摘    要:减少保护渣中的Na2O、SiO2而增加Al2O3,以减少RExOy的产生;增加B2O3组元作助熔剂,并且提高溶解RExOy的能力.试验结果表明,浇铸09CuPTiRE钢保护渣使用状况良好,铸坯表面无纵裂纹等缺陷,没有发生漏钢事故;熔渣中RExOy含量3.4%,99%为玻璃相.

Abstract:With the Na 2O% and SiO 2% decreasing and Al 2O 3% increasing,the generation of RE xO y in molten flux can be reduced.The ability of RE xO y dissolving can be improved by adding B 2O 3 composite as solvent.A plant trial with improved flux was carried out.It has contributed good performance and surface quality,sticking break was free.Compared with 6.3% RE xO y content and 97% crystallization in molten flux tested using other flux,RE xO y content and glass phase were 3.8% and 99% respectively.
