基于CATIA的维修性信息嵌入技术研究

摘    要:为提高维修性并行设计时维修性信息的交互效率,建立维修性信息模型。同时基于Automation技术,对三维CAD软件CATIA进行二次开发。通过建立维修性辅助设计工具条,实现将维修性信息嵌入到CATIA设计环境中,方便进行察看和修改,从而为维修性的并行设计提供一个良好的平台。最后以柴油机淡水泵的设计为例进行应用验证。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of maintainability information interaction during concurrent maintainability design,a maintainability information model is built and the maintainability information is embedded in CATIA environment by secondary development of three-dimensional CAD software CATIA based on automation technology.The maintainability information can be conveniently viewed and modified through a maintainability aided design toolbar,which offers a platform for concurrent maintainability design.At last,the design of diesel engine water pump is taken as an example to practise application.
