摘    要:电池隔膜是电池的重要组成部分,其性能的优劣对电池的容量、使用寿命等影响很大。采用正交试验,选择热轧温度、热轧线速度、热轧压强三因子进行试验,探讨了热轧工艺对非织造电池隔膜吸碱倍率、纵向强力的主要影响因素,得出了最佳工艺参数。

Abstract:The membrane that is a crucial part of the battery can obviously impact on the battery’s capacity and life. By orthogonal test and choosing calendering temperature, calendering time and calendering strength as factors, the important factors which influencing rate of absorbent lye and lengthways strength in the hot calendering process was discussed, and the optimal parameters were found out.
