MMU—5型流体润滑摩擦磨损试验机设计及其性能的研究

摘    要:论述了MMU-5型流体润滑摩擦磨损试验机的设计原理及其结构。试验机的摩擦副由两个外形相同的环状试样组成,下试样固定,上试样由挠性联轴节带动旋转,试样之间的油膜间隙可以在0-60μm之间调节。该试验机为流体润滑条件下三体磨粒磨损的实验研究提供了新的手段。

Abstract:In this paper, the principle and construction of MMU - 5 tester are reported. The friction pair of the tester is composed of two ring specimens. The lower specimen is stationary, the upper one is rotated by a flexible coupling.The oil - film gap between the two specimens can be adjusted from 0 to 60 microns.This tester provide a new experimental equipment for the wear investigatiom under the condition of full oil - flim lubrication.
