电磁接触器吸合时间的瞬态仿真计算

摘    要:针对电磁接触器吸合时间难以手工计算的问题,通过等效惯性的概念,将Adams和Maxwell软件结合起来,实现电磁机构的瞬态仿真,计算出铁芯式衔铁电磁接触器的吸合时间,为产品开发提供了有效的参考依据.该方法同样适合于杠杆式衔铁电磁接触器吸合时间的计算.

Abstract:As for the problem that it is difficult to calculate electromagnetic contactor pickup time by hand,use the concept of equivalent inertia to combine Adams and Max well softwares to achieve the transient simulation of the electromagnetic mechanism.Calculate the pickup time of the electromagnetic contactor of the iron-core armature.It will give an effective reference basis for product development.The method is also suitable for electronmagnetic contactor pickup time of the lever-type armature..
