| 摘 要： | 阐述超临界二氧化碳萃取技术的分离原理和其在天然植物有效成分提取中应用的优越性，综述了超临界流体萃取技术在我国天然食品添加剂领域的研究情况。最后，指出了该技术存在的主要问题及其应用前景。

| Abstract: | The principle of SFE and the superiority of the application of SFE in natural planet active constituents are introduced.And the studies on supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) in fields of natural food additives are reviewed.Finally,the main problems and prospect of the technology of SFE are also discussed. |
