摘    要:研究了在 60Si2 Mn汽车板簧钢中加入硼 (B)与稀土 (RE)对其综合机械性能的影响 .研究结果表明 :微量B与RE综合作用 ,显著地提高了它的断裂韧性 ,对于提高冲击韧性特别是低温下的冲击韧性也有明显的作用 .在本实验的条件下 ,微量B对 60Si2 Mn淬透性的有利作用不明显 .

Abstract:The effect to the mechanical feature of 60Si 2Mn vehicle block spring by adding B and rare earth is studied.The research result shows that the broken toughenss can be improved remarkably by the comprehensive action of minim B and RE,and the impact toughness,especially in low temperature can also be improved obviously with the comprehensive action.By the condition of this experimentation,the beneficial effect to the quenching of alloy is not obvious.
