摘    要:电泳萃取是一种新型的电泳与萃取技术耦合的分离技术。本文应用这种新型分离技术以正丁醇为萃取剂回收直接耐晒翠兰GL。

Abstract:Electro-extraction, an effective coupled technique of electrophoresis and solvent extraction for recovery of dyestuffs were used to recover direct fast turquoise blue GL from its dilute solution with n-butanol as solvent. The effect of electric field strength and two phase velocity on mass transfer characteristics in the separation process was studied in an electro-extraction equipment. The experimental results showed that the extraction rate and mass transfer flux increased with the field strength increasing. The mass transfer flux and extraction rate decreased with an increase of organic phase velocity. With the aqueous phase velocity increasing, the mass transfer flux increased, but the recovery extraction decreased.
