| 摘 要： | 利用热管进行锅炉尾部烟气与空气换热，可缓解常用的多管式空气预热器的漏风问题，还可防止烟气低温腐蚀，防止翅片的积灰、堵塞和磨损等。在热电厂230t／h锅炉上的运转中，没有积灰堵塞现象，漏风系数近千零，护效率由86．22％提高到90．06％。

| Abstract: | Using heatpipes for the heat exchange between flue gas and air, air leakage in conventional multipipe air preheaters can be eliminated and pipewall temperature can be raised for the prevention of flue gas low temperature corroson. Thse provide conditions for preventing dust deposition on the finned tubes, blocking and abrasion etc. . Operation prachces of the 230t/h boiler in power plant showed that, dust blocking was eliminated and air leakagr of preheaters was zero. In most cases the boiler efficiency was increased from 86. 22 % to 90. 06 % . |
