Respecting the site spirit is the planning concept that is adhered to all through the design of the Central Zone of KeyuanInformation Industry Park in Tangxia Town.The functional arrangement of the land utilization is based on the following concept of "oneaxis,one center,two belts and three regions",the spatial arrangement is made on the concept of "unification of mountain and city withgreen water surrounding the city".The concept of the landscape design is summed up as"covering the city with green grass on theslope and hills in terms of topography,dredging the river course and the weir to let the water flow freely".[
