摘    要:阐述了DEH一次调频的基本原理和一次调频试验的具体实施,强调了一次调频的投入对系统安全稳定的重要性,提出了如何合理的设置参数,克服电网由于机组或其他原因造成电网频率超限,调节汽轮机调门的开度快速增减负荷,满足电网频率快速响应的需求,以弥补电网负荷缺口,保证电网安全稳定。

Abstract:The basic principle of primary frequency regulation of DEH is described as well as the implementation of primary frequency regulation test.The importance of putting primary frequency regulation into service is emphasized for the safety and stability of the system.How to set the reasonable parameter is presented to overcome the grid frequency exceeding the limits due to the units or other causes,to increase and decrease the load quickly by adjusting the opening of regulating valve of steam turbine and to meet the requirement of fast response of grid frequency,which can compensate the load shortage of power grid and guarantee its safety and stability.
