摘    要:本文对磷酸盐水泥基材料(MPB)的硬化性能,、包括强度、热膨胀系数、收缩、耐磨性、护筋性能等进行了系统研究。结果表明MPB材料具有许多优异性能;(1)强度高,发展快;(2)收缩率非常小(体积稳定性好);(3)与混凝土之间的性能匹配好,粘结强度高;(4)耐磨性高;(5)抗钢筋锈蚀性能力强。然而,MPB材料长期浸泡在水中强度会有一定程度的倒缩。

Abstract:In this paper the characteristics and durability of phosphate cement-based materials, such as strength,coefficient of thermal expansion, drying shrinkage, corrosion resistance for reinforcing steel, abrasion resistance, etc., were investigated. Experimental results indicate that the strength development of MPB materials is very rapid, and they possess lots of excellent performance including high strength, resistance to abrasion and protection of reinforcing steel from corrosion. In addition, the MPB materials have good compatibility and bond with old concrete, and very low drying shrinkage. However, when the MPB materials soaked in water for a long time, somewhat strength loss occurs.
